We do our best to provide all residents with a stable and reliable internet connection.
Because multiple users share the same internet connection, we cannot guarantee a fixed speed per user as you would typically expect from a private residential connection.
What Speed Can I Expect?
The internet connection provided by Wifibri is designed to support everyday internet usage for all residents, including:
- Web browsing
- Video calls
- Streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+
The actual speed you experience may vary depending on:
- The number of users currently online
- The device being used
- The quality of the WiFi signal
- Temporary network congestion
Testing Your Speed
Experiencing speed issues? We recommend running a speed test using one of the following services:
If possible, perform multiple tests at different times of the day.
Tip: For the most reliable results, perform the test on a device connected directly via an Ethernet cable.
Speed Problems?
Is your connection speed consistently lower than expected? Please contact the Wifibri helpdesk.
If possible, include the following information:
- Your address or location
- The device being used
- Whether you are connected via WiFi or Ethernet
- A screenshot of the speed test results
This helps us investigate the issue more quickly and work with you to find a solution.
